Another journey has just ended.

This time, however, I didn’t experience it as a simple traveller, but as a “facilitator of change” for the Stellantis Group.

A completely new experience compared to my role of communicator and experience teller, gratifying and full of stimuli, both from a professional and human point of view.

In fact, during these three long and intense months of training, I had the great opportunity to meet more than 300 Opel and FCA salespeople traveling towards the future and to accompany them along the path of change, helping them to face the new challenges in the mobility sector and to improve the customer experience through the adoption of an innovative loan management model created to increase their competitiveness in an era of great transformation.

Before setting off on this new journey into the innovation of sales processes, I tried to identify myself with their particular situation, to better understand their needs, difficulties and resistances, transforming them into the engine for change. After all, every new journey always begins in your head.

Feet in the present but looking at the future.

The process of change within organizations is often experienced with distrust or as a “top-down obligation”. It happened to me too to experience it like this, every time some organizational process was implemented.

Getting out of your comfort zone and from mechanisms and actions that have become familiar is not easy. It took me time to change but I made it with the help of special people who stimulated me to look beyond my toes.

To start down a new path, it takes first of all courage but also curiosity and creativity. Mental attitudes that are not only innate, but that can be trained, strengthened and stimulated in many different ways

Like trying to change some of our daily habits. It is precisely these small changes that help us, one step at a time, to trigger big changes within us.

Experience Change as an opportunity.

There is a sentence by James Clear, coach and speaker specialized in personal growth, which really caught my attention :

By keeping the same habits, you will always get the same results.

Today’s great challenges are all linked to Change. I am thinking not only of environmental ones, but also of technological, economic, cultural and social ones. Each of us therefore has two possibilities: either to become the protagonist of the change or to suffer from it.

The wind of change is blowing in all sectors, especially in the automotive industry, called to take on the leading role in the transition towards the mobility of the future.

In this new journey, the role of dealers will no longer be what it once was. In fact, embodying the spirit of change will be an extraordinary opportunity not only to improve sales processes, but to become an interpreter of the evolution underway, bringing the younger generations closer to new forms of mobility.

This weekend I would like to tell you the story of my “guiding” stars.

Extraordinary men and women who inspired me every time I had to face a profound phase of change. But also ordinary people, relatives and friends, who thanks to their personal experience have been for me a great example of the strength and courage it takes to give a new direction to one’s life.

You will find their stories shared on my social channels Facebook and Instagramwhere I will wait for you to tell me which are your guiding stars that inspire you every day

Embrace Change. Today is FRAday.
